After the conclusion of proceedings, the Ombudsperson files a report containing his/her own deductions, decisions and relevant recommendations, irrespective of whether or not the proceedings were begun on his/her initiative.

The report is then sent to the organ or to the hierarchical superiors of any services or agents involved. If necessary, the report may also be sent to the Director of the respective organic unit, the Rector, or the General Board. If the proceedings were the result of a complaint, a copy will also be sent to the plaintiff.
